After hitting the stage at Thursday’s version of the event in Philadelphia, the 23-year-old spent Friday night at the Jingle Ball in New York City.
The New Rules hitmaker sizzled on the red carpet at Madison Square Garden while modeling a busty electric blue mini-dress and a pair of sky-high heels.
