Kim Kardashian Purchases a New Beach House in Malibu – Kim Kardashian did not let the end of Summer prevent her from purchasing a beach property previously owned by Cindy Crawford. For today’s article, Celebrity Homes presents a tour of the reality star’s new $70.4 million mansion.
The magnificent Mediterranean beach villa, constructed in 1944 and renovated in the 1990s and in 2016, is situated on the Encinal Bluffs, one of Malibu’s most prestigious neighborhoods, and the transaction is deemed the most expensive residential sale in Malibu this year. In 2018, the property was purchased from Crawford for $45 million by investor Adam Weiss and his wife, Yellowstone series actress Barret Swatek.
The new Malibu residence of Kardashian, concealed from public view by an impassable hedge wall and a towering gate, is at the end of a very long driveway. The approximately 7,500-square-foot home contains four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and other spacious living areas.
Floor-to-ceiling windows display breathtaking views of the sunset and pristine whitewater. Obviously, there is a gym on the property for Kardashian’s daily exercises.
The dining room provides direct access to a tranquil veranda with an ocean view. This is a spacious and ideal spot for an outdoor relaxation session.
Kim Kardashian continues to reside primarily in her massive Hidden Hills mansion. She still possesses a luxurious condo in Calabasas, two “extra” properties in Hidden Hills, one of which was just listed for sale, and a vacant lot in La Quinta’s prestigious Madison Club.
The pool area, which features a pavilion and fireplace, is accessible via a terrace that encircles the pool.
Steps made of concrete provide access to a separate spa with breathtaking views of the pool patio and shore.
A full-size tennis court is surrounded by large trees and exotic vegetation on an exquisitely landscaped property.
A winding path and stairs lead from the residence atop the bluff to a tranquil beach. The property’s neighbors include celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Neil Diamond, Michael Eisner, and Marcy Carsey.
