We can definitely smell what The Rock is cooking, and it’s rich.
Dwayne Johnson just shelled out $27.8 million for a jaw-dropping Beverly Park estate, formerly owned by comedian Paul Reiser.
A prospective presidential candidate, Johnson, 48, closed on the six-bedroom, 12-bathroom abode on April 6 quietly, in an off-market deal.
Considered the largest property in the upscale Beverly Park neighborhood, and home to the likes of Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Sofía Vergara, Sylvester Stallone and Rod Stewart, the structure sits on a flat 3.67 acres.
The ultra-private estate is made up of several gates for easy access in and out of the property.
Spanning a massive 17,630 square feet, it comes with every amenity imaginable, including a tennis court, a sun-drenched pool and spa, an indoor pool, a large gym, a baseball diamond, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theater and an elevator.
A separate 2,500-square-foot guest house is also included.
Situated high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, on a quiet cul-de-sac with no immediate neighbors, the long olive tree-lined driveway leads to a motor court. Other features include several mature trees, idyllic trails and “hidden sanctuaries.”
A previous listing described the home as a “complete resort.”
Johnson listed his multimillion-dollar equestrian estate on the outskirts of Atlanta in January, but has yet to get any offers.
He was noted as Hollywood’s highest paid actor, from films such as the “Fast & Furious” franchise, the “Jumanji” franchise, and “Ballers.”
Johnson shares two daughters with wife, Lauren Hashian, who he married in 2019. He has another daughter from a previous marriage.
